Also, new trim at the bottom of the walls all the way around. I can pay for materials, and you can just give me quotes for labor. Doesn\\\\\\\'t need to be prehung, it can just be a replacement slab. The only small issue with this remodel is that the area between the toilet and the tub has some water damage and seems to be rotted out. So, the subfloor will need to be replaced there. The rotten area doesn\'t seem to be more than a square foot in size, but we won\'t know for sure until the tub comes out.
